For weekly or multi-week stays, our "space available" periods may provide added savings over our advertised rates. These periods vary by season and include last minute reservations. Please ask us for low season options.
Service Fee ($200 USD per day) All Gratuities are included
Our villa staff is dedicated to delivering beyond your expectations. We add the service fee on all rentals. The service fee covers all staff gratuities, other service related expenses and upon request, complimentary airport transfers to and from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP).
Chef Services Available
We will design a plan that fits with your desires. A pre-reserved package of chef prepared meals is available from $150 per meal. Each meal includes pre-meal provisioning, chef service and chef's assistant to provide table and cleaning service.
Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit is required and will be specified within your Rental Agreement.
Unused damage deposit balance will be returned to the guest by check within 30 days of guest departure.
Cancellations Policy
Wind Song will refund 50% of the booking deposit for cancellations made more than 90 days in advance of scheduled arrival date. In the event of a cancellation less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, Wind Song may offer to re-schedule the holiday for alternate dates within one year of scheduled arrival date.
